  • Administration fee: $20.00
  • Reasons: Lost, stolen, damaged, or name change
  • Processing time: 5 working days (Grand Turk and Providenciales), longer for other islands
  • Required: Passport photo, birth certificate, marriage/divorce papers (for name change)
  • Stores all your employment and contribution records
  • Remains the same throughout your working life, even when changing jobs
  • Always verify your name and NINO on your pay stubs
