1. DATA ENTRY CLERK
This position will be based at our Providenciales Branch Office.
Qualifications & Experience
The minimum academic qualification for this position is a high school diploma. The experience should cover:
•Filing systems
•Customer Relations
•Communications
Job Duties
•Collects contributions from insured employers, employees, self-employed and voluntary contributors.
•Issues receipts for monies collected.
•Maintains a cash float.
•Informs contributors of over and under payments when issuing receipts
•Prepares and balances cash books at the end of every workday.
•Posting contributions details.
•Assists with the recording and entering of data from termination/ cessation forms.
•Assists with the keying of registration details from employers, employees and the self- employed.
•Assists with the preparation of National Insurance Cards and letters for distribution.
•Assists with the filing of contributions, registration forms, termination and cessation forms.
•Ensures that payment records are up to date.
Remuneration
Salary is in the Salary Range $18,738-$31,230 Grade 1 and will be determined based on qualification and experience.
2. FILING CLERK
This position is based at the Grand Turk Head Office.
Qualifications & Experience
The minimum academic qualification for this position is a high school diploma. The experience should cover:
•Filing systems
•Customer Relations
•Communications
Job Duties
•Filing of monthly contribution statements, registration forms, termination and cessation forms.
•Filing of Benefit Forms
•Scanning of contribution statements, registration forms, termination and cessation forms
Remuneration
Salary is in the Salary Range $18,738-$31,230 Grade 1 and will be determined based on qualification and experience.
