The National Insurance Board is seeking a Research & Business Analyst to join our team in Grand Turk. This role plays a key part in providing information technology and efficient statistical information solutions to support decision making and policy.
What You’ll Do:
- Analyse, redesign and improve business processes
- Advise on organisational changes
- Implement an efficient statistical information management system
- Support decision making and policy development
Who We’re Looking For:
- Research methodologies
- Business process analysis principles and processes
- Process mapping and modelling
- Database management
- Quality management principles and processes
- Project management skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- Five (5) years of on-the-job experience
Location: Grand Turk
Salary: Grade 8 | $68,275.00 – $79,178.00
